Collaboration for Early Childhood

171 S. Oak Park Avenue

Collaboration for Early Childhood is here to support our littlest community members. Located at 171 S. Oak Park Avenue, the Collaboration is a nonprofit organization founded in 2002 with the goal of supporting holistic, healthy development for children from birth to age 5.

“This community has recognized our mission and the support we receive is invaluable,” says Wendy Giardina, Community Engagement Coordinator.

No matter who you are (parent, caregiver, educator, business owner) or what you’re looking for (events, resources, training), the Collaboration has something for you—and nearly all of it is free!

“Early childhood matters to everyone,” says executive director Mary Reynolds. “Because when we get early childhood right, it’s better for everyone. It takes all of us to support little ones and their families.”

Stop by, call or check out the website for early childhood resources. Be sure to support the businesses of the Hemingway District as we prepare to Renew the Avenue in 2025!
