Moses Valdez loves Oak Park and the Hemingway District—and meeting people. The co-owner of Selleria Veneta, a boutique dedicated to Italian wear and accessories, recently opened a new concept: Style Society Club, a new boutique concept with a focus on creative artisans.

Moses grew up in Oak Park as one of eight kids. Now, he curates a collection of goods from U.S.-based designers and artisans, providing a distinctive and thematic retail experience at Style Society Club (139 N. Oak Park Avenue).

Moses also brings his energy to the recently invigorated Hemingway District Association as president of the organization. Where Style Society showcases the spirit of artisanal goods, Moses encapsulates the spirit of Oak Park.
